Loonies, Toonies $5, $10, $20 notes, wikia says it can be turned into scrap metal and cloth, but i get no option, so what exactly is it for?
Scrap metal and cloth. Takes three of each to scrap. You would have to ask Nelson why he put worthless money into the game but again, you can scrap them to make items from cloth and scrap metal. You can also sell them directly to the shop.
I think he added them for Roleplay purposes. They are a currency when it comes to roleplay. And he maybe wanted to have a use for the cash machines and the ATMs in the game.
