Short version: Probably not. I believe the developer of that plugin dropped support for it before it went public. Cory tested a version of it before the big Rocketmod change back in November. Once Rocketmod went modular, in preparation for BattlEye, so many things broke it wasn't funny. I do remember it wasn't ready for public release and Cory had to custom-compile what he had to get it to work.
